Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 5 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 c. uncooked fine egg noodles
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 c. frozen tiny shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
  • 3/4 c. bite-sized fresh spinach

Directions

    In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring water and bouillon to a boil.

    Add noodles, carrots and ginger root, reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles and carrots are barely tender.

    Add shrimp and green onions; simmer 2 minutes or until shrimp are heated through.

    Add spinach and simmer for 1 minute or until spinach is tender.

    Serve immediately.
