- 3 c. water
- 5 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 c. uncooked fine egg noodles
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger root
- 1/2 c. frozen tiny shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
- 3/4 c. bite-sized fresh spinach
Directions

1In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring water and bouillon to a boil.

2Add noodles, carrots and ginger root, reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles and carrots are barely tender.

3Add shrimp and green onions; simmer 2 minutes or until shrimp are heated through.

4Add spinach and simmer for 1 minute or until spinach is tender.

5Serve immediately.
