Ingredients
- 4 oz. thin spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up or lemon lime
- 1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 lb. can mixed chop suey vegetables, drained
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and heat oil in large skillet.

2Add meat, onion, celery and green pepper.

3Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until red color is out of meat and vegetables are slightly soft.

4Stir in tomato paste, 7-Up, catsup and thyme.

5Add thyme, mushrooms, vegetables and salt.

6Simmer 10 minutes.
