Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 to 3 lb. steak (flank, chuck or sirloin)
- 2 Tbsp. browning sauce (Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master)
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, oil, ginger and minced garlic to make marinade.

2Put steak into a plastic bag; pour in marinade.

3Tie bag and place in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.

4Take steak out of bag and brush with browning sauce. Broil to desired degree of doneness.

5Serve.
