   Mix dry ingredients.

   Add water all at once and stir until smooth.

   Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until consistency of cookie dough.

   Roll out and cut with cookie cutters.

   Bake at 300° for 10 minutes.

   Paint with tube or bright water colors.

   If dough starts to dry out, wet hands and work the dough.
