- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. orzo (Number 47) pasta
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 jar maraschino cherries (no stems), drained
- 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Directions

1Cook orzo until well done.

2Rinse with cold water and drain well.

3Drain pineapple and oranges, saving juice from oranges. Mix juice from oranges with sugar, flour, salt and eggs.

4Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

5Cool and add fruit and drained pasta, mixing well.
