- 4 slices bacon
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain and crumble.

3Set aside.

4Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings. To drippings in skillet, add green peppers and onion; saute 3 minutes.

5Add rice and stir-fry until golden brown about 5 minutes.

6Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and reserved bacon. Heat until hot.
