- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. half and half
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- wine to taste
- 1 lb. crab meat
- salt
- pepper
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Sauteing half the onion in margarine, gradually add the flour and half and half to make a thick white sauce.

2Season with white wine and Worcestershire sauce to taste.

3Add hot sauce, salt and pepper.

4Add 1 pound crab meat.

5Fill shells, cover with bread crumbs and pour on melted margarine.
