- 1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
- 1 Tbsp. apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.

2Process 4 to 5 minutes until double in volume and very smooth and creamy.

3Pour into a glass container.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Makes 2 1/2 cups.
