- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- sugar
Directions

1Combine flour and pecans.

2Set aside.

3Mix butter, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla; now add flour/pecan mixture.

4Roll dough on lightly floured surface.

5Either cut in strips or use biscuit cutter to make round ones.

6Bake at 425° on greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes.

7While still warm, sprinkle with sugar.
