  • 500 grams Thinly sliced pork or pork cut for ginger pork
  • 1 piece Ginger (or tubed ginger)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tsp Mirin
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 generous amount Roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1/3 a head Chopped cabbage
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Salt & ground pepper
