- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1 rabbit, cut in pieces
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Shake flour, salt and pepper in 10 x 16-inch oven cooking bag and place in 2-inch deep roasting pan.

2Add rabbit pieces and shake to coat meat. Spread out rabbit pieces in bottom of the bag. Add onion, celery and butter; combine with wine and Kitchen Bouquet before adding to bag.

3Secure bag with tie and make 6 half-inch slits in the top of the bag.

4Bake one hour or until tender.
