- 2 cans crescent rolls (8 count)
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- cooking oil
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Grease pan very lightly with oil.

2Use a 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Put one can of crescent rolls in bottom of pan going up side with rolls.

4Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon together.

5Place on top of crescent rolls.

6Put other can of crescent rolls on top of filling.

7Beat egg white slightly with fork.

8Cover top.

9Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
