Oven Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. shrimp (unpeeled and unheated)
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 3 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • corn-on-the-cob and boiled potatoes

Directions

    Rinse shrimp.

    Place in oblong baking dish.

    In small saucepan, mix butter, paprika, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasonings and garlic salt.

    Cook until well blended. Pour over shrimp.

    Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven at 425°. Turn shrimp over and bake 10 more minutes.

    Serve.

    Cook corn and potatoes in water to which a packet of shrimp boil has been added.
