Oven Barbecued Potatoes

- 2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 medium potatoes (unpeeled), thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of cheese, soup, milk, barbecue sauce, oregano, salt and pepper; blend thoroughly.

2Add potato slices; toss until well coated.

3Spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan, cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Remove foil.

5Bake about 30 minutes longer or until tender.

6Remove from oven.

7Sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika on top.

8Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
