Oven Barbecued Potatoes

  • 2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes (unpeeled), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of cheese, soup, milk, barbecue sauce, oregano, salt and pepper; blend thoroughly.

    Add potato slices; toss until well coated.

    Spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan, cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Remove foil.

    Bake about 30 minutes longer or until tender.

    Remove from oven.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika on top.

    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
