Oven Barbecued Ribs

  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Salt ribs; place in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.

    Roast at 425° about 30 minutes.

    Drain excess fat from pan.

    Pour sauce over ribs for 1 hour.

    (After the first 30 minutes, reduce heat to 400°.)
