- 2 lb. stew meat, in chunks
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and place in heavy roaster with lid.

2Bake in 275° oven for 5 hours.
