- 2 lb. beef stew without fat
- 6 carrots, cut in chunks
- 1/2 c. celery, cut
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. pearl tapioca
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- potatoes
Directions

1Combine all except potatoes and peas.

2Bake, covered tightly, in a 325° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

3Stir and add potatoes and peas.

4Continue baking 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
