  • 2 lb. beef stew without fat
  • 6 carrots, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 c. celery, cut
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. pearl tapioca
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas
  • potatoes

Directions

    Combine all except potatoes and peas.

    Bake, covered tightly, in a 325° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Stir and add potatoes and peas.

    Continue baking 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
