  • 3 carrots
  • 4 pieces celery, sliced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can peas
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced thick
  • 1 can tomato soup (not diluted)
  • 1/2 c. Burgundy cooking wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash of garlic powder
