Oven Beef Stew

- 2 c. cubed beef
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 4 chunked carrots
- 3/4 c. celery
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Put meat and veggies in large heavy pan, like a Dutch oven. Put meat in bottom layer with veggies, then salt and pepper. Cover with the soup; pour water over top.

2Bake in covered pan in a slow oven at 300° for 3 hours.
