- 6 to 7 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 3/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix sugar, butter and syrup.

2Boil for 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add soda, cream of tartar and salt.

4Stir quickly and pour over popcorn.

5Mix well.
-
6Put in large roaster at 200° for 1 hour.

7Stir every 15 minutes.

8If desired, may also add peanuts.
