  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. Fryer, Broiler Chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika, if desired

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees (Hot).

    Melt butter in oblong cake pan in oven.
  3. 3
    Remove pan from oven.

    Turn chicken over in melted butter to coat.
  5. 5
    Place chicken skin side down in baking pan allowing spaces between pieces.

    Bake 30 minutes.

    Turn chicken pieces over.
  8. 8
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and paprika.

    Bake chicken 10 to 15 minutes longer or until tender.
