- 5 to 6 chicken pieces (as you desire)
- 3 c. saltine crackers, crushed fine
- 1 to 2 cans Carnation milk
- 1 stick margarine or butter, cut into 10 to 12 slices
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Grease or Pam a metal baking pan.

3Roll chicken in saltine cracker crumbs.

4Place chicken (i.e. breast side down, etc.) in pan.

5Dab one piece of margarine on each piece of chicken.

6Cook until side faced down is browned.

7Turn pieces and dab more margarine on each piece.

8When both sides are browned, remove from oven and saturate with one or two small cans of Carnation milk (not evaporated milk).
