Oven Fried Chicken

  • 2/3 c. pkg. plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. each celery salt, onion powder, paprika and dried thyme
  • 1 broiler-fryer chicken (about 3 lb.), cut in quarters
  • plain low-fat yogurt (small container)
