- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- pepper or paprika
Directions

1Wash and wipe chicken pieces.

2Cream butter; leave at room temperature.

3Spread butter on skin side of chicken.

4Shake chicken in bag with flour, salt and pepper.

5Place chicken, skin side up, in shallow, greased baking pan.

6Bake in preheated 325° oven for about 45 minutes.
