  • 2 large fryers, cut up
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. cornflakes, crushed fine
  • 1/4 c. chicken stock, consomme or bouillon

    Beat all seasoning into egg.

    Dip chicken parts into egg mixture and coat with cornflakes.

    Place in baking dish; add stock to dish.

    Cover tightly.

    Place in preheated oven at 375°.

    Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour, then uncovered for 1/2 hour.
