- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
Directions

1Heat oven to 425 degrees.

2Melt margarine in rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2, in oven.

3Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper.

4Coat chichen with flour mixture.

5Place chicken, skin side down, in pan.

6Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.

7Turn chicken and bake about 30 minutes longer.
