  • 2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Add baking mix and spices.

    Coat chicken pieces well.

    Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan and bake, uncovered, at 425° for 35 minutes.

    Turn chicken; bake, uncovered, until done, 15 minutes.
