  • 1 frying chicken
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt (more or less)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Cut chicken into pieces.

    Shake chicken pieces in bag with flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

    Melt oleo in shallow baking pan in 375° oven.

    Add chicken.

    Turn to coat.

    Then arrange in pan, skin side down.

    Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.

    Turn chicken. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.

    If chicken cannot be served immediately, brush with melted oleo and leave in oven, reducing heat to 300°.
