  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 c. dehydrated potato flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine in baking dish.

    Mix dry ingredients in pie tin.

    Pat chicken breasts dry.

    Roll in melted margarine.

    Arrange in bottom of baking dish.

    Sprinkle the dry mixture over the top of chicken.

    Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, in 350° oven.
