- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine melted margarine with salt and pepper in shallow bowl.

3Place bread crumbs in shallow dish. Unfold chicken and dip one piece at a time into margarine, then bread crumbs, pressing to coat all sides.

4Arrange chicken in single layer on baking sheet.

5Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown and fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.

6When done, chicken will not be pink when sliced through thickest part.
