  • 1 medium chicken
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. poultry seasonings

Directions

    Melt 1/4 pound butter in baking dish.

    Mix dry ingredients. Dip chicken in dry mixture and arrange chicken skin side down in a single layer.

    Bake in oven at 425° for 45 minutes.

    Then turn chicken and bake about 20 minutes more, lift chicken from pan and make gravy.
