  • 4 lb. frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 6 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sage or poultry seasonings
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

    Dip chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

    Brown in hot fat.

    Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, sage, onions and butter, using 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup.
