Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter with garlic.

3In medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.

4Mix well.

5Dip chicken in garlic butter; coat with crumb mixture.

6Place skin side up in pan containing garlic butter.

7Bake uncovered at 400° for about 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally with pan drippings.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
