- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2/3 c. Bisquick (Original)
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up fryer chicken
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Melt margarine in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, in oven.

3Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken.

4Place skin side down in pan.

5Bake 35 minutes.

6Turn; bake about 15 minutes or until done.
