  • 2 cans whole leaf spinach, drained
  • 1 large carton smooth cottage cheese
  • 3/4 lb. grated cheese
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 6 slightly beaten eggs or Egg Beaters
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
