- 1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 2 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs, crushed but not pulverized
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Wash chicken and pat dry.

3Mix together eggs and milk.

4Separately mix cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture; then in crumbs, evenly coating each piece.

5Set in well-greased baking pan.

6Drizzle with melted butter.

7Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
