  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. each: pepper, paprika and basil
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. safflower oil

Directions

    Combine melted margarine, lemon juice and seasonings.

    Dip fish fillets in this mixture and cover with bread crumbs.

    Spread oil in baking dish and arrange fillets in 1 layer.

    Spoon any remaining margarine mixture over fish and bake in 475° oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
