  • 1 lb. fish fillets or steaks
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • paprika

Directions

    Season fish well with seasonings at least 1 hour before.

    Dip fish in milk, then crumbs.
