  • nonstick spray coating
  • 3 Tbsp. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • dash of ground red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 slightly beaten egg white
