- 2 lb. fish fillets or steaks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 500°.

2Cut fish into serving pieces.

3Stir salt into milk.

4Dip fish in milk, then in breadcrumbs.

5Place in a greased baking pan.

6Pour melted margarine over fish.

7Place in oven 3/4 of the way in oven.

8Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
