  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. seasoned, fine, dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 slightly beaten egg white
