- milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs (plain or 4 c. seasoned crumbs)
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Soak haddock in milk and drain.

2Place in greased baking dish (Pyrex) or pan.

3Add crumbs; drizzle with melted butter.

4Bake in a 525° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

5Cook on the top shelf.
