  • milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs (plain or 4 c. seasoned crumbs)
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Soak haddock in milk and drain.

    Place in greased baking dish (Pyrex) or pan.

    Add crumbs; drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake in a 525° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
