- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Cut each unpeeled potato lengthwise into 4 wedges.

2Place wedges peel side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder and paprika in a small bowl; mix well.

4Brush over potatoes.

5Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with cheese mixture.

6Turn potatoes. Bake for 15 minutes longer.

7Serves 4.
