- 3 medium baking potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- seasoned salt
Directions

1Spray a large baking sheet with Pam.

2Wash potatoes; cut into 1/2-inch slices.

3Do not peel potatoes.

4Mix water and oil in a large bowl.

5Add potatoes; toss until coated.

6Place on pan; sprinkle with seasoned salt.

7Bake at 475° for 15 minutes.

8Turn over and bake an additional 15 minutes.
