- 2 lb. fresh shark fillets
- 1/2 c. rich milk
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. basil
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Wipe fillets with damp cloth.

2Pour milk into small mixing bowl.

3Add salt, pepper and basil.

4Stir well.

5Dip each fillet in seasoned milk then in bread crumbs.

6Arrange in buttered shallow baking dish and pour melted butter on fish.

7Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 minutes.

8Serves 6.
