- 1 (4 to 6 lb.) turkey, cut into serving pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 c. crushed packaged herb-seasoned stuffing
Directions

1Sprinkle turkey pieces with salt and pepper.

2Dip in butter, then roll in stuffing crumbs.

3Place pieces, skin side up, in a jelly roll pan or other shallow pan.

4Drizzle with 1/2 of the remaining butter, then sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.

5Cover with foil.
