- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. long grain white rice (uncooked)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Mix beef, spices, onion, rice and Worcestershire sauce.

3Shape into 1-inch balls and place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

4Mix tomato soup and water; pour over meat balls.

5Cover dish; bake for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is thoroughly cooked.

6Makes about 25 meat balls.
