  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or 1/2 c. Cheddar and 1/2 c. Swiss
  • 1/2 c. chopped ham
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Blend together eggs, sour cream and salt.

    Stir in cheese. Add ham if desired.

    Pour egg mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Drizzle butter over top.

    Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes or until set.
