  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 doz. eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. diced ham, sausage or crumbled bacon
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

    Heat oven to 325°.

    In oven, melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix ingredients and pour into buttered pan.

    Bake eggs about 35 to 45 minutes.
