  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. diced, fully cooked ham
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion

Directions

    In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and salt.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
